Property Management Company in Savannah, GA (S Effingham area)

Hey!

My wife and I moved to KC to start our real estate business.  We have some flips and some rentals.  Our rentals are with a great PM company here.  We are very happy.

We had been renting out our old house in the Savannah area (a mile from South Effingham HS) to someone who was supposed to buy it.  She was not able to qualify, so now we are trying to sell it again.  I'm not optimistic we will get what we need out of it, so renting may become the best option again.

Here is the property:  https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/204-Freedom-Trl...

Does anyone in/around Savannah have recommendations for a property manager?  The house is nearly brand new, built in 2013.  It's in great condition.  Great mechanicals.  2-3 shingles damaged from the storm this last fall.
