ShowMojo vs Tenant Turner

Trying to decide between ShowMojo and Tenant Turner to streamline scheduling showings and self viewings.  Anyone have any experience with either?  Thanks!

@Michelle Summers I have used tenant turner for about a year and half and absolutely love them!!! I constantly heard that "I never got a return phone call", they completely stopped when I took it out of the hands of the managers. I am big on technology, transparency and systems. Hence why I love their system. It allows me to grow my business without worrying if the phone got answered or phone call returned. You can utilize two systems with tenant  turner; they answer all the calls live, or they can use the automated system just like show mojo. 

On the other hand, show mojo is great and would not put them down in any way. Great company and great system.

Thirdly you have Rently who does the same thing and provides the boxes for electronic showings. I would actually love to see a side by side comparison of all three in a spreadsheet
