They do Auto respond and there is a separate phone number people can call to get more information. It is a recorded message.  I was not aware it does not go to all the websites.  I am going to look again now.

Thanks!

They offered me a price point of $1/unit. Seems reasonable.

What is ShowMojo? Similar?

We were paying $60/month for Rently and only two boxes and I was not very happy with their services.  I think ShowMojo and Tenant Turner are more user friendly and comprehensive.

Maybe I will reach out to ShowMojo and see if they can beat the price.

Thank you!   We have been using Rently for a couple years now for self guided showings.  However, the scheduling part of their system is not as comprehensive as the other two and that is why I am looking to switch.  I think I will give Tenant Turner a try.  They offered me a $1/unit price point.

Trying to decide between ShowMojo and Tenant Turner to streamline scheduling showings and self viewings.  Anyone have any experience with either?  Thanks!

Thank you yes it is!  I have also been a firm believer all my life in having my own purchasing power separate from a spouse.  I have seen too many people go through divorce and not even have a credit card in their names.  I have been able to secure my line of credit and mortgages all on my own.  Both empowering and rewarding!  Also, a good role model for my two teenager daughters.

I am a Realtor and property manager.  We had some investment properties but when I decided to ramp up my business and portfolio my husband went into panic mode.  We have been married 18 years and do keep our finances separate.  He has his own business and I have mine.   I think he had a mix of "will this work" and wanted to be included.  But after a few months he saw how well I was doing he said "can you now find me a property".  And I hear him all the time telling his friends how great I am doing.  I give him updates but still keep it separate.  Actually, as I sit here writing this, he is now adding Bigger Pockets to his phone. Lol.
