Hi BP family. I am so Excite I have finally found a 7 unit multifamily property that I have put an offer in and am in the works of closing on. I am extremely excited and super nervous at the same time. I am looking to set my ducks in order and one thing I want to be the best is who I chose to manage my property while I am living in NYC.
