There is plenty to go around. And if ne has bad intentions a lot of time people think they can do and have what others have without working or getting the knowledge for it and then they buy something like a property to try the get rich quick ordeal and then they find themselves upside down and people like us come in and get a great deal off there ignorant and greedy choice the made. At the same time it might be someone who has done their work and might want to partner with you that has a lot to offer you will never know until you go more in detail with the person that messaged you and you screen them. There are newbies out there that are willing to put their heart and soul into making something happen buy helping in what way they can you just like I said have to screen them. Best of luck my friend.

I am 60 days away from closing on a 7 unit property in Pompano beach FL.  Does anyone use a property management that manages airb&b for the landlord? Or what do managment company do you recommend or have experience with doing seasonal renting? Thank you in advance!

Make sure there are no liens on the property or any real plumbing or pipe damage which can be extremely expensive. As well as everything @Dean Ingraham

@Dean I. listed. Last but not least be careful and be smart with this deal or no deal good luck.

Hi BP family. I am so Excite I have finally found a 7 unit multifamily property that I have put an offer in and am in the works of closing on. I am extremely excited and super nervous at the same time. I am looking to set my ducks in order and one thing I want to be the best is who I chose to manage my property while I am living in NYC. I am looking for a fantastic referral for a few of them or one good one. With a lot of experience, integrity, commitment and passion for what they do.

Also a landscaper and as well as an exterior painting company. Licenced companies only please.

@Daniel Y. I don't have 2 years multi family experience and would like to use a management company to manage the property. All though I did rent 3 apartments in Manhattan and fully furnish them as well as sublet them out on airb&b for 3 years. But I don't like doing that it got old really quick and a lot of running around that got really old quickly. So I'd rather outsource that part. By the way do you know how I can delete something I post on hear like in the previous post above I forgot to add @Dniel Y. and I don't know how to delete it so I had to repost it again here.

@Lesley Resnick I like your idea of looking at it as if paying it full in cash making myself the bank and seeing what kind of interest or cash the full payment can bring in off the property! Did I understand this correctly is what you meant? If yes I like this idea and never thought of it this way. TY
