Options for structuring a buy and hold deal with partners
Looking for suggestions on what may be the best way to structure a multifamily deal with 4 partners. We have been contacted by a seller with a 25 unit apartment. It will need between $100-115k in rehab and the purchase price is 375K. We all have different amounts of funds we are bringing to the table and we realize we will most likely all have to personally guarantee the loan.
Any and all advice is appreciated!
