Landlord responsibility for main sewer line break

I have a rental that we just found out has a main sewer line break and needs replacement. They can start on the job in 2 days and takes approx. 2 days to complete. How would you handle the downtime that the tenant will experience? Would you provide a hotel for the tenant?
