thanks for the input! Year lease expired! They are on a month to month I think I'll raise rent a little

Not sure how I'm losing money bc the 900 includes taxes. I should be making more then 100 bucks a month

I have a rental property. Currently, I rent it for a 1000 a month. I think I could get 1200 a month. However, my tenants always pay on time and have not caused any issues. A lot of people told me that if I have good tenants that I should stick with them. Instead of evicting and getting new tenants and raising the rent. The mortgage is 900 Any input would be helpful!
