Do any landlords with a triplex pay for utilities and include it in their tenant's monthly rent? If so, what's your average utility (gas, electric, water/trash) expense each month? Property info: Unit A: 2bd, 1ba Unit B: 1bd, 1ba Unit C: Studio Efficiency 2,000 sq ft total
