Utilities on non-conforming duplex
I am new to these forums and to the real estate investing world… I recently acquired a single-family home that's a non-conforming duplex. The previous owners paid all utilities for both tenants and included that in their
rent, which is hurting my cash flow … does anyone know of any creative ways to more accurately charge the tenants for utilities when the landlord pays it all?
Thanks for your suggestions
