AppFolio integration with QB or Xero

Is anyone integrating AppFolio with QB or Xero (without re-keying everything)?  My 3rd party property manager uses AppFolio.  I converted an AppFolio PDF to CSV and imported it into Xero.  Anyone using other automated solutions?

Aggregated journal entries are another option but it would be prudent to maintain a full set of books since I don't have the property management data in-house.

Ya, you can export the general ledger as an excel file. It has every single transduction.

We use appfolio.
