I'm a property owner in the surrounding Nashville area; Madison, TN to be exact. I've had some issues with my current PM company and started the process of looking for a new company. Does anybody have an suggestions?

We use renters warehouse. Expensive to turnover tenants (1 month rent) but the monthly cost is cheap relative to our revenue - $80/unit and lower If units are colocated. They have been easy to work with, although it is definitely a large organization so they don't go out of their way to make you feel special or anything. Keegan is great about giving us quick estimated rents on new properties, though.
