Disclosing asbestos siding?

I'm in the process of buying a SFR that has asbestos siding. It's in great shape and has been "sealed" with paint (per sellers). There are no cracks or split tiles that I can see. The property is in MI and there's nothing I can find in state regulations that say it has to be disclosed. I'm leaning towards an addendum just to Cover myself This will be a buy and hold rental. Do those of you with this siding or say roof disclose this to the tenant?

@Trip McNeely

I believe its on the EPA website that says you have to disclose asbestos and lead paint.  I have asbestos shingles, vermiculite insulation and white asbestos hvac duct tape in my unit and I have to disclose it.  Any building built before 1978 will have lead and asbestos typically.  If in doubt, disclose it.   There is a form for lead paint renters must sign and literature they need to receive from the landlord.  I have made this document part of my lease.  Some people handle it as an addendum to the lease, either is fine.  There is less concern when the products are outside vs inside but you never know what could happen to expose the hazardous materials.

Lease Statement, in addition to the discloser form:

Due to this house being constructed in 1935 there is potential for known hazardous materials like radon gas, lead paint and asbestos in some of the construction materials.Although no products have been tested by the Landlord, the Tenant shall be considered aware of the potential dangers and products that may have hazardous materials. These products were considered to be safe at the time of construction, just as the building products used today they are considered safe for construction.Only the test of time will show which products are or are not safe to use. Items believed to have asbestos are the roof shingles, perlite insulation in the floor of the walkable attic and the white fabric tape on the duct work.The Tenant shall refer to EPA website for any health warning and information.The Tenant takes all responsibility when signing this Lease and understanding all health risks.This house has most of the interior walls repainted and radon gas mitigation system installed.
