Add 60-day notice to a standard month-to-month rental agreement

Can I do this and how? Do I just use the addendum form? 

I'm in Oregon.

Where can I learn more about the ins and outs of rental contracts. I bought some "how to manage a rental property" books but they don't go into detail about contractual stuff.
