Boro Inspector & Child Services
Hello, so the Boro inspector reached out to me because my tenants had the front door blocked with matresses and other items. I have asked the tenant to move the items ASAP. They still have not moved them and the inspector left me a voicemail saying hes calling child services. Do I have any liability in this situation? Are there any cases where the inspector can contact the tenant directly? I'm in Montgomery County, PA if that helps. Thanks for any help!
