I am new in the Charlotte, NC area. Want to start practicing analyzing multifamily deals. Is there anyone or any group locally that analyzes a bunch of deals or have any old analysis sheets I can see for practice?

Think my next move would be a multi family duplex in Denver, Aurora Colorado area. Where are the local landlords in the area with multi family units!? Seems like the market is going to be pricey for these gems! Just wanted to rub some shoulders.

I have not made a purchase yet but saving up and getting close, seeing that prices have been dropping I see 2020 will be my year to jump in or maybe sooner..?

Prices are steady rising and rising, when can we expect this bubble to top and prices drop? I need to team up with some locals in Denver really making real estate moves/investments.  I'm tired of feeling stuck in the mud with nowhere to go!

@Brett Leavitt This is amazing, I really need to figure out my local market soon to see how i can best apply this method.  Not sure where to start but needs to happen sooner.

I recently began reading up on the VELOCITY BANKING strategy with a credit line and I'm very interested in how well it really works.  I'm curious if there is anyone in the Denver area familiar with this banking strategy and maybe has been implementing it?
