Property Management in Toledo

Hey, guys, I was just wondering if you have had any great experience with your current property management companies. I am always trying to keep in touch with the market and not being tpleasant with my current one. I have had a couple of tenants moving out of my properties this year and had a couple of months off pay due to the fee they charge to find a new tenant.

Would you suggest any good company who are honest with their maintenance charges and have a policy of not charging to try and find a new tenant?
