Good evening BPF,

1. I am a new investor and I would like to know how do you figure the ARV on a property? Do I contact an appraiser? I have done the figures for the 2%, and 50% rule, I can't do the 70% because I don't know how to determine the repairs on the property. Would my real estate agent be able to assist me with this? I would appreciate your responses on this matter.
