MD Condo Assoc. told me to terminate my lease, Tenant won't go
I own a condo in MD. I leased it for two years, but 9 months in, the Condo Association sent a notice that I had to terminate the lease at 1 year. I immediately notified the tenant so they would have plenty of time to find a new place. At the end of the year, the tenant chose not to leave.
This is my first rental and hence, first time with a tenant who won't leave. Any advice? What carries more weight in court, the lease or the condo association notice?

Then they obviously have the right to do it, as you already knew, and as long as you did properly add this addendum to the lease with your tenant, you're covered. If the tenant refuses to vacate, you'll have to evict, which you have the right to do.
