Lease & Advertising using LLC

So I have an LLC set up that I was planning to use to obtain a hard money loan for my first flip. I have not used it as of yet. I was wondering if I am able to set up a business checking account and list the LLC as the "Landlord" on the lease and advertising even though the home is in my personal name.

I do not want to switch the title of the property to the LLC as of now. I mainly want to do this for privacy reasons as well as to look more professional. I do not want to use the LLC as a property management company for me and pay taxes on earned income.

Basically I wasn't sure if it would still count as passive income flowing through my LLC with the lease and advertising in the LLC name but title in my personal name?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
