Thanks Gail. You know...if I am not a landlord, I can clean myself without worrying and it's done . But as I am a landlord, of course I am worried about tenant's health while they live in my property especially if there is mold/mildrew.

I have one condo rental property. One tenant complained that there is mold around A/C unit. It was very cleaned when I inspected three weeks ago. I guess he open the window alot in this humid weather so it happened. I am wondering who I should contact to clean this mold. A/C guy or mold guy or home warranty guy( i am not sure if they cover cleaning mold) or home insurance(i am worrying if i call home insurance, it make me hard time to sell out this property in the future.) Please let me know what you will do if this is your situation. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your information.

Thanks! There were 6 properties to compared in the 1st appraisals report. it's about 20 pages how compared and why 1st appraiser picked those comps. I am not sure they are older than six months or not. Should I share whole report

with explanation why 1st appraiser chose and how compared and 1st appraiser information

or some pages just showing compared properties examples? Normally, if people share this 1st appraisal report with 2nd appraiser, what do they share? Whole complete set of report?

I am trying to buy a home and I have a problem with previous mortgage company so I switched to new lender. They required me to have new appraisal. The 1st appraisal came out $500 more so it was fine but I am concerning if I do 2nd one and it goes lower. Can my agent join the 2nd appraisal and submit 1st appraisal report to the new appraiser? If so,

what part of 1st appraisal report can I bring on 2nd appraisal?

should I give it out whole report pages including previous appraiser information or just pages showing comparable properties examples? I am so frustrated that I have to go through another appraisal again.  Thanks!
