NH Rental Market (Ossipee)

Anyone have any experience investing in multi-family properties in or near Ossipee?  What can be expected as far as rental rates, tenant pool, vacancies etc?

Any advice on rental markets in NH to avoid?

Thanks!

@Stephen Polizzi, I won't disagree with @Ann Bellamy on fewer renters (but "lower quality tenant pool" for us rural guys makes me feel bad).  I just put an Ossipee 7-unit under contract 15 minutes from my home (I live in Wolfeboro).  I will keep you posted on how it goes!
