property managers referral for Bay Area

I'm re-posting a request for property managers since I only received 1 recommendation in my last posting.  My property is in the Bay Area.  Looking for a manager in the area from Palo Alto to San Jose area.  I'd love to hear some recommendations.

Thanks,

Chris

We had a bad experience with Kathy McNight at Cal-Western property management.  Prospects were told the house was already rented.   The 'friends' she presented as tenants were late every month till we evicted.  She gave the tenants a letter to show in court that they were allowed to be late in spite of our signed lease agreements.  When a furnace part failed, she recommended a furnace replacement at over $1500.  Our handyman was able to replace the part for $150.00.  There were other issues but you get the picture.
