No Renter's Insurance
I recently bought a duplex with a tenant already occupying the other unit. However, the tenant does not have renter's insurance and her lease did not require it.
My first thought is to change to "Landlord Insurance", but wasn't sure if this was the right move.
What should I do to handle this situation?
