New tenants not satisfied with cleanliness of old house

our new tenants started moving into a 50 year old house and want us to clean the place again. They're hands down the best applicants we had and I want them to be happy. they've paid f,l and a deposit. It's certainly not spotless, but theyre moving in already and its also just an old house! 

Wondering if this is a reasonable request anyone's dealt with?
