Background check

I would like to know  if there is an ideal and affordable program or website to do a comprehensive background check on potential renters & if there are any discount for bigger pockets members .

I've had good luck with SmartMoves to screen potential tenants, but I put the most weight on references. I typically speak to at least three references: previous landlord, employer, and personal who can comment on character, reliability and accountability.
