Also, are there any particular questions you ask when checking out references as friends, family & personal references will always speak good about them even some prior landlords to my experience but still had problems. Hence trying to be cautious so don't make similar mistakes again

However, I was wondering , how do you find out about a person if he or she works for their family business & had no other employment & have stayed with family members prior to them moving . Any suggestions will help .

I would like to know  if there is an ideal and affordable program or website to do a comprehensive background check on potential renters & if there are any discount for bigger pockets members .
