Key delivery time on rental

My soon to be tenants asked if she can have the key the evening before the move in date for her moving convenience. Should I accommodate her? The rental is ready for move in.

Sure why not, assuming you have first, last and deposit (depending on state codes) in the form of cash in your hand at the time you pass the key. No checks and no promises of paying you later.
