Landlording (OO) in Philly- Philadelphia, PA

Hi All!

So I will be house hacking a SFH in Philly. I have a lease agreement drawn up. The house was built in 1916 so I know I need to include a lead-based paint disclosure but wanted to find out what else needs to be provided to the tenant (roommate) when having them sign the lease? I assume there is some other disclosure(s) that need to be provided.

Appreciate any feedback!

JC

Hi @Julia Choseed

Here is a link to a "Guide for Philadelphia Landlords." It really helped me on my first rental. The guide outlines all the docs you may want to give your tenants and outlines some useful best practices for protecting yourself. Cheers! Happy landlording!!
