Absentee landlord inspection

Hi, I have a property in Philadelphia and would like an inspection done of the property/tenant but I don't live in the US. Can anyone suggestion someone who would provide such a service? We don't have a property manager as a friend lives in the house.

Thanks.

@Angela Rawson I would hire a local real estate agent to do the job for you. They know how to act professional and they should know what's typical in the local market. Have them send you pictures and brief you by phone.

Maybe $125 for 1 hour of work.

Best to you.
