The website doesn't list pricing and they're gathering personal information just to give a quote. These are shady business practices in 2016 and i'm not sure if I can trust it. Can someone explain the pricing?

I have been using Rent Manager software for over 10 years. It is very powerful and customizable. I can recommend this software enthusiastically.
