@Nathan Emmert

How do you feel about using separate properties as "different businesses"?

Also, what does (Esc Sp) and (Was Pks) stand for?

Hi guys, i'm wondering if there's a good video/guide for best practices when using the Wave app? I'd like to manage two properties. I've read some conflicting reports, where some users prefer to treat each unit as a different 'Company', or keep them all in one. Thanks

Thanks Eddie, It looks like Citi requires 1 month of an account. Propsper.com looks to be able to get this to me quickly

Folks are definitely leaving and unlike most of the Caribbean, have a free pass to do so. Puerto Ricans can travel freely to the U.S. mainland without a passport because they are US citizens. Hotspots include NY, FL, CH where they can find quick access to affordable/public housing. Despite it all, the Island is making efforts to fix some of the problems: http://www.wsj.com/articles/puerto-rico-aims-to-solve-its-affordable-housing-crisis-1452027904 Lots of investors are looking towards the island.

I'm in the process of considering hard money/private lending and stumbled on to the thread. I forgot about LC and lgad its a option. Over the past 4 years, I've gathered 280 notes at roughly 6.8% APR. No real strategy used just went blind. Not bad. With a good number of notes, Ive never heard of a investor losing money there. I'm currently cashing out of my Lending Club investments due to the need to finance a property. This hasnt been as easy as some notes will sell for a loss. I'm currently at 5% factoring in the loss of selling the notes.  I hear LC will raise their rates to attract investors. So i'll continue to stick with it...
