Landlord treated as tenant
I am work a foreclosure where the owner "lives" in NYC, but the the property I Am working is here in Silicon Valley. I was talking to some private money/JV people, who declined the deal saying oh, she's going to move into the house at/ after foreclosure, and you're going to be screwed, as she will be a tenant.
I felt that was a BS excuse. Would you guy by concerned of such a trick? I have been luck with the few tenants I had were good tenants, so I'm not familiar with the dirty side of LL/Tenant.
