Count social security and disability as income?
Hello all! Do you count social security and disability as income to calculate 3X gross of the rent? Seems like it would be a constant and reliable monthly source of income, but I have never come across this.

Well, mortgage lenders count it. In fact they count it at higher than 100% (can't remember the percentage) because it is usually non-taxable.
