Risk of paying for tenant's damage on the commuty property
Hi fellow BP members,
I am closing on a SFR with a commuty center, which offers pool, game room, etc. The HOA rule says the owners should be responsible if their tenants or friends damage community property. I am not sure how to protect my interest in this case. Maybe I can do something like making tenants responsible for such damage in the lease. Not sure how to word it or if it is enforcible. My property is in Temecula, CA.
