In need of a Lease Agreement

We are in need of a strong lease agreement for tenants in a soon-to-be-closed triplex we are buying. I'm really wanting to start out on the right foot when it comes to screening and lease agreements. Does anyone have a lease that they could share or a contact that we could reach out to in the Reno / Northern Nevada area? We're hoping to be ready to rent in a few weeks.

Idea: If you don't get help you need here to this post; try pulling up a Landlord-Tenant leasing agreement online that complies with the State of Nevada, and having a Nevada attorney review it and add verbiage to make sure its solid in your favor. If you don't know an attorney, try finding one online as well and check out their reviews before calling and doing business.  Good luck!

@Garrett Diegel I have a lease, smoke detector addendum, drug free housing addendum I can send you, that should give you a pretty good start and you can add or remove stuff. Also one of the credit bureau's website info to do screening. PM me your email and I'll send that over.

I love the Nolo leases and rental agreements.  I used their CA one.  They're easy to understand and don't intimidate tenants, but cover everything you need.

I have been in the process of closing and tearing apart our first property - hopefully post to follow about that. That being said I have not had the chance to look at all of the info posted above regarding leases. But....I want to say THANK YOU. It is so amazing that I can post something as vague as.. I need a lease (help me I'm a newbie) and I get such a great response from people with my best interest at heart. Again THANK YOU for your support. It means more than you all know. Have a great day and good investing!!!
