Anyone have suggestions on getting a skip trace done?  Trying to get an address and phone number on a property owner.

Skip traces are typically performed by utilizing specific databases. Collections firms often utilize these databases in the normal course of business. You can either pay to have access to such databases, or pay such a firm to do a skip trace.
