Eviction process described in lease?

Good Evening BP!

Short one this time: Do I have to describe the eviction process in detail as part of my lease, including the reasons/conditions that will trigger an eviction filing? Or can I be as general as "Violation of X,Y, and/or Z will result in eviction"?

And before anyone asks, yes, my lawyer reviewed my contract as-is and made some good suggestions about things to add/subtract (I pieced it together myself a couple of years ago and finally decided to have an attorney review it) but then I realized it doesn't even contain the word "Eviction" so I figured I'd get your input. It just seemed a touch odd to me, but hey, I'm not a lawyer!

Thanks All!
