Brandon and Josh always urge us to ask questions on Bp experienced or not. My question is,What are the perks of owning multiple rental properties and what are the disadvantages? The most guidance I can get the better. From the lawful side and the bonuses. I do listen to the podcast here but I want to hear from the stories of more people since everyone have different experiences
