I was driving in the neighborhood that is off 281 & Nakoma, behind the business park. There are some multi-family & small apartment complexes for sale. Airport area, central to town, may be of some interest.

I will say that if I could afford more, I would buy additional townhouses.

I have a townhouse that I'm renting out. I have heard most don't like condos townhouses because the HOA are higher and eat into your profit margins. I am doing ok with mine, but I only have one property, so I a can't give a better overview.
