Rent tracking and or Spreadsheet

Shootout to all Landlords, i am looking for a simple way to help track all the information for my rentals, my mortgage payments, rent payments, repair cost, track vacancy rate, etc etc. i have 2 houses now, and have not really done anything to track anything, i am now looking to make this into mt life and into a business, so i need to this right.  anything helps, thank you all, and lots of love to all the landlords out there doing your thing.
