Used Douglas Ruthorford Rental Software Cash Flow Analysis?

Has anyone purchased and used this software? Any good? Or bad? Does anyone have any info on the software or on the author, CPA Douglas Ruthorford? I'm looking for powerful real estate analysis software, and this popped up on the internet, but I don't know anything about it. They claim to be a CPA firm and have 175,000 clients using the software, so I figured someone in BP would have to know about it. Thank you
