new hud rules on screening for crimnal record
With the new HUD rules on screening for criminal background, has anyone developed written criteria to give potential tenants?
For example (as a straw man to be attacked), would the following work:
4. No recent criminal record in last 10 (or ?) years, however, misdemeanors are considered on a case by case basis.
