Inspection software?
Do you use inspection software, if so, which one, and how do you like it? I'm looking at Happy Inspector. Is it good? In real life day to day use, which features are worth having and get used? There are a few inspection apps available on the iPhone App Store; are any of those good? I'm also looking at cost, and would obviously like to keep the cost down and have the features that actually are useful and get used. I'm finishing a large renovation on a triplex and I am finding the punch out list to be overwhelming and thought maybe some software would help with this. I also thought it might help with ongoing unit management as I am now at 5 units and hope to expand by 5-10 units per year. Any experiences or thoughts on this are appreciated.
