Tenant Screening Tool for New York Landlords

Hello BP Community,

I am helping my step-dad rent his studio apartment in the Bronx. He owns a 3 family house.

I wanted to know what you guys use in terms of tenant screening, specifically to run a credit report and to pull up landlord tenant disputes/background check.

I don't want this to sound like a plug but for our rentals we have been using the bigger pockets screener and have been very happy with it so far.  Good Luck!
