I've seen posts here talking about getting stiffed on payments with charge backs when a tenant utilizes PayPal.  Does anyone use Dwolla?  Any reversals happened to you?

Thinking of saving time by not going and picking up checks every month and saving my tenants money by not writing and sending a check/money order to me (and saves me a trip(s) to the bank).
