    I was going to say the same.

    As a prospective income property owner, I'd be looking for:

    1. Honesty

    2. Diligence

    3. Attentiveness and responsiveness to tenant needs.

    4. Consistency in following established procedures.

    5. Initiative: don't ask me what I want fixed, tell me what needs to be fixed. I'm the decision maker. I will decide priorities based on what the property can afford by its own income and what my attorney tells me is required by local tenant / landlord legislation and ordinances.
