Are you looking for cases that are filed so you can find the owners and try to buy from them, or are looking to check to see if a prospective tenant has an eviction?  For finding owners you go to the court where you file for evictions and look up the name of the plaintiff then do an ownership check at the courthouse to see the properties they own.  To check out a tenants history your form needs to show where they have lived.  Then you can use a regular service to check out their background.
