Selling my homes on land contract. HELP

my mentor has really pumped me up to think that selling homes to others on land contract is the best and most profitable way to go instead of renting or buying and flipping. I was wondering if any of you guys had any advice on this. What have been your experiences or opinions on selling real estate investments on a land contract instead of renting? Thank you

We never sell on LC...we'll buy on it, but if we want a delayed sale, we'll sell on a lease option instead.
