Hi everbody. My name is Melinda Fulmer and I write for MSN Real Estate. I'm working on a story about seller disclosures - what's required (from the common sense to the obscure) and how buyers and sellers can protect themselves in a purchase.

I'd like to talk to people who have wound up on one side or the other of a non-disclosure. What happened? Was there a suit involved? What did you learn from it? How much did it cost you? My deadline is Thursday the 15th. You can post here or message me directly....

Thanks,
Melinda

Thanks Mark. Has this happened to you in Penn.?
How do you use the thermal camera?
Why do they care about the attic/basement space?

I just had a grow house busted in a McMansion down the street from me. Turns out, they were stealing electric.

I guess the landlord there should have scheduled an inspection once in a while. I think they were just glad to have the money for the useless spec house. But now, I hear the place is trashed....

Hi everybody. My name is Melinda Fulmer and I write about property issues for MSN and the Fiscal Times. I'm working on a story about marijuana grow houses and the foreclosure problem.

Has anyone here rented out one of their properties to a pot-growing operation (inadvertently or otherwise.) What happened to your property? And how can a good landlord keep from renting to one of those operations or spot one after they have moved in?

Are there ways they should have known? How can they keep an eye on the property, if they have suspicions? I'm looking for a landlord to tell his story, and some folks to offer advice. My deadline is EOD Tuesday.

Thanks!

Hi everybody. My name is Melinda Fulmer and I write for MSN Real Estate. I'm working on a story, looking at the most overhyped, wasteful or problematic features/products that people install in their homes. Have granite countertops jumped the shark? What else have you found to be a total waste of time and money? Please share your vote and personal stories, or private message me. My deadline is Wednesday 6/23.

Thanks!
Melinda

Reporter for MSN looking to speak with folks who are leaving the fringes of a major city to move closer in to town (or have done this recently.) Do you know of anyone? Trying to reach someone today or tomorrow by phone?

Thanks,

MSN

Hi everybody. My name is Melinda Fulmer and I'm writing a remodeling story for MSN. Looks like contractors are hungrier and prices are dropping for some home improvement projects. Does anyone here have a story to tell about launching a project and getting a much lower quote than before? Please message me if you do. I'd love to chat with you about it. My deadline is end of day tomorrow (Friday.) Would also like to talk to any contractors out there about their experience during this downturn...

Thanks.
Melinda

Hi all. My name is Melinda Fulmer and I write for MSN Real Estate. I've been assigned a story about what to consider before you lease out your house to someone else in order to hold onto it when times get tough. Does anyone have any stories to tell/words of caution/etc. for people considering this? I'm trying to get some more voices in my story. Please send me a message, including information about how I can get in touch with you in the next day or so.

Thanks,
Melinda Fulmer
